TAT tables provide a guide to projects connecting to the transmission and distribution system. They indicate the available capacity for generation connection at load supply transformer stations on the grid. However, the tables do not indicate connection capacity at the distribution feeder level. The LDCs would provide such information. Circuit TAT tables provide a guide for transmission-connected projects.
The OPA publishes procurement-specific TAT tables at each procurement program cycle. The OPA also plans to publish general purpose TAT tables to provide guides for ongoing programs, such as the BMG incentive programs for customer-based generation.
When connection testing is performed, the most up-to-date information available is used, which may be different from the information on the TAT tables.
